Summer Peak Season - mid-June to mid-August

Lake City's lodging facilities make thier yearly income during the 3 month peak tourism season (mid-June to mid-August). One cancellation can affect business greatly because most people make week long reservations almost a year in advance. The chances of filling a week long cancellation is slim. 

 

Single Room Rentals

No deposit required. Booked if and when available during summer peak season. Usually single room rentals become available the last week of August through the end of May. Please call and ask if it is during another time of the year. You might get lucky.
